I will meet with you in advance to discuss your context in order to design the best possible experience, tailored to your needs and those of your staff or guests.
I will plan interactive workshops that encourage creativity, communication, collaboration and critical thinking throughout.
We will collaborate on these plans to ensure the workshops meet your needs and are appropriate to the environment.
Workshops can be delivered in person or virtually using a variety of resources and technology, all of which I will provide.
Workshops can vary in duration from 30 to 90 minutes depending on your needs, and can incorporate keynotes, hands on activities and design sprints to help your team find creative solutions to their challenges.
Whether delivering in person or online I will arrive in plenty of time and full of enthusiasm to motivate your team and help you achieve your goals.
I will provide you with a range of resources to follow your workshop which could include banks of digital resources, a summary of workshop discussions and an executive summary with suggestions and recommendations.
I will also provide a follow up meeting to discuss outcomes and next steps to continue your development journey.
