A highly experienced teacher and Senior Leader with a passion for integrating technology into education. With over 20 years of experience in teaching and over 10 years in leadership roles, I am now Academic Technologies Lead for one of the UK's largest Multi-Academy Trusts.

A Google Champion, certified Trainer, Innovator, and Coach, I co-lead GEG UK and am also a Microsoft Innovative Educator and an Apple Teacher.
I have been described as a dynamic and engaging presenter who delivers coaching, training, workshops and events both in the UK and internationally.
I am dedicated to helping teachers integrate effective pedagogy, with the aid of technology in the classroom, in order to remove barriers to learning.
I was named in the #edtech50 2021 and in 2023 proudly won the Skills Development Champion Award at The Edufuturists Awards and was a Silver Winner for Digital Innovator of the Year in the 2023 National Teaching Awards.
I am a current member of the AI in Education Initiative Practitioners' Advisory Panel and of the Digital Futures Group, a not-for-profit group of educationalists offering support and guidance through system generosity.
I have also published my own book : What’s Their Why? Exploring Motivation and Engagement in Learning. Writing this book was instrumental in me understanding my own thought processes and ultimately, led me to secure my resulting diagnosis of ADHD.

Although I am a certified Google Educator, Trainer, Coach and Innovator I am a strong believer in principles over products. I am also a MIE, Apple Teacher & Canva Certified Teacher.
I have experience of organising and presenting at conferences in the UK and abroad.
I also deliver workshops to young people on Digital Citizenship, Design Thinking, Agile Careers and Responsible use of AI.
